Author of the book ADHD & Me — What I Learned from Lighting Fires at the Dinner Table

Blake Taylor, 20, a University of California, Berkeley junior, is the youngest person to write about living with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). Blake has appeared on CNN.com’s “Young People Who Rock,” and San Francisco’s ABC7 News, FOX Mornings at 2, CBS 5 Bay Area People, KCBS NewsRadio with Rebecca Corral, and in the San Francisco Chronicle. Blake will speak about his personal experiences growing up with ADHD and the practical tools he uses to work with the condition.

About the Conference
The FACCT (Families and Communities Caring Together) Conference is targeted toward parents and family members of individuals with special needs and the professionals who serve them. The half-day conference is offered on a Saturday in the fall and includes workshops for parents and professionals, a resource fair and continental breakfast.
